Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not, too bad…no seriously, let us know. We’ll be happy to refund or exchange the item if you let us know within 30 days of the ship date.

Before returning an item, please call us at (828) 225-5666 or email us at yikes@asenseofhumor.biz for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Anything sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All items must be returned unwashed, unused and in the original packaging. We recommend insuring the package, since we are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Credit card returns can only be refunded onto the original card. We will refund the price of the item, including taxes, but not the shipping.

Rush Deliveries
Our website uses shipping quotes direct from UPS. During checkout you will be able to choose from a variety of services. In the unusual case that we are unable to deliver your package on time or our website has misquoted the correct shipping charge, we will contact you.

International Orders
Prices on our site are in US dollars. Please consult your local bank for currency conversion. We reserve the right to cancel any international order. If this happens, we will inform you by email and issue a full refund. The recipient is responsible for all custom taxes and related costs. These are not included in our shipping prices. Whenever possible, shipping costs will be available during checkout. However, for many countries outside the US, we will contact you with accurate shipping costs.

Shipping
Orders usually SHIP within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. We try to keep every item in stock, but sometimes we may sell out quickly (we are a small company and try to carry unique items from other small, independent companies). You will be informed by email if an item is out of stock and be given the option to wait or to cancel the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake on your order.

Privacy Policy
We want you to have fun shopping with us. We do not sell, rent or share your information. We’re very stingy. If you give us an email, we’ll use it for letting you know when there’s something you’d like, and on sale.
